Technically not a truck stop, but I’d put our Buc-ee’s up there in comparison. They have a great BBQ brisket sandwich you can combine with fresh potato chips. Not the best of ingredients for some of the snacks, but the candied nuts and fudge are pretty good as well. And we just stopped at the one in Colorado on the way to the Colorado National Monument, and they had a really good selection of breakfast sandwiches and burritos, though I still got the BBQ brisket sandwich and chips. The variety of beef jerky is good too.
