Here’s an update on the Honey/PayPal scandal in stealing commissions from people through their coupon browser extension, as well as robbing businesses by harvesting employee discounts… I have some posts with the videos from MagaLag, or check his YouTube channel for the previous reports. I’m just wondering why there isn’t criminal charges, as this was theft? And it really says something about the ethics of megacorps, and PayPal bought this company and kept the scam rolling, having acted dishonorably to this day. If I hadn’t already closed my PayPal account years ago when they were threatening to fine people for social media posts, this would have done it. And a tip, your credit card company, like mine, probably has some capacity to create virtual credit cards for online purchases, which you can lock to particular businesses, set as use once or to lock after a certain date… Or there are services that do the same, so you don’t have to use or put at risk your main credit card.
