This is pretty funny, and most of the ways of obscuring your license plate don’t even work. Of course, no idea how they play with Flock ALPR cameras, but as well as being illegal the two that work will probably get you pulled over. And interestingly, per the retired CHP officer they used, these electronic ones will get you increased fines, at least in California.
