Law enforcement and local governments are getting out of control with these Flock cameras and laziness. And this police officer in the video was so disrespectful, having not done his due diligence before falsely accusing someone of a crime. The other scary part of this case is what the woman had to do to show she hadn’t stolen the package, with her own dashcam video, Google location tracking… And for a detailed look into Flock cameras see this post with another video. Not only are they an assault on your privacy, it looks like they’ll be used to lazily and falsely accuse you of crimes because your vehicle was close in appearance to someone else’s. And I’m sure smarter criminals are using the maps in the link above to avoid these cameras when committing crimes, or using films and lenses to obscure their license plates…
