This goes back to what healthcare was before the Rockefellers took over medicine and converted it to petrochemicals through the capture of universities and medical schools… A couple thoughts, as Canada has long waits for treatment with their flawed government healthcare, people might be turning to natural remedies with success which is harming pharmaceutical sales. And the OCGFC, Owners and Controllers of Global Financialized Capital, have already been taking over many of the megacorps in the space, adding ingredients that limit absorption rendering them less impactful. But people are turning to unadulterated bulk supplements and capsuling them themselves, so the final government assaults are underway to limit people seeking real remedies instead of taking a steady stream of their pharmaceutical poisons. So the assault on you and your health is ramping up, and you know they’re salivating over forcing you to take their gene therapy concoctions to damage you further, and sell even more pharmaceutical poisons. And remember, the OCGFC are eugenicists, so murdering some along the way is also a goal.
In his talk and subsequent interview, Buckley explained that Health Canada is using Bill C-47 to reclassify vitamins and natural remedies as pharmaceutical drugs – meaning they would require licensing, clinical trials, and government-approved claims. Such rules, he warns, would drive small manufacturers out of business and restrict citizens’ access to non-patented health solutions.
“Health Canada is not acting to protect you,” Buckley told RAIR. “They’re acting to protect the pharmaceutical industry.” He described the agency’s conduct as “malfeasance” and argued that it has become a captured institution serving corporate interests under the banner of public safety.

OTTAWA – October 25, 2025: Constitutional lawyer Shawn Buckley, best known for directing the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) – a travelling people’s court that brought citizens and experts together to document the staggering human cost of Canada’s pandemic policies – has turned his attention to a new threat: the federal government’s attempt to control vitamins, minerals, and natural remedies under the guise of “safety regulation.”
A Citizen Revolt in Paper Form
On October 25th, Buckley and volunteers delivered five boxes of signed petitions to Member of Parliament Blaine Calkins (CPC) outside the House of Commons. The petition—already recorded as the third-largest paper petition in Canadian history—calls on Parliament to stop Health Canada’s planned crackdown on natural health products and to support a private member’s bill that would protect Canadians’ freedom to choose micronutrients and nutritional therapies.
Buckley’s presentation included many testimonials of cures for serious conditions with the use of nutritional supplements. He criticized the overuse of often toxic chemicals, such as chemotherapy drugs, to treat arthritis.
Calkins, a Conservative MP long concerned about regulatory overreach, thanked Buckley for his work and committed to championing the petition in Parliament. This grass-roots initiative, Buckley emphasized, represents the same spirit of citizen resistance that gave rise to the Freedom Convoy and the National Citizens Inquiry. And against the state’s efforts in Canada to eliminate medical freedom.
From Convoy to People’s Court
Buckley’s journey from courtroom to cross-country investigation began in the aftermath of the Freedom Convoy, when he realized official commissions and media outlets were unwilling to acknowledge the real harm done to Canadians under lockdowns and mandates. The result was the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) – a privately funded, traveling people’s court that heard 305 witnesses over 24 days of hearings across the country.
Among the witnesses were scientists, doctors, and even journalists from legacy networks like CBC, CTV, and Global, who confessed that their newsrooms had become amplifiers of the state narrative during the pandemic. The NCI record shows a country where fear was manufactured and speech policed, facts that Buckley continues to expose in his public speaking tours.
At Ottawa’s Vanier Bikers’ Church, Buckley told a packed crowd that Health Canada’s latest move against nutritional supplements is “a direct continuation of the same malfeasance” that enabled unconstitutional lockdowns and forced medical experimentation.
Health Canada’s New Overreach
Buckley goes into detail about exactly how that works in his presentation at Biker’s Church.
Defending Health Freedom and Truth
Buckley reminded listeners that the legal definition of a “drug” in Canada and the United States is identical: any product that claims to cure or prevent disease. Under this framework, even a vitamin bottle that states “supports heart health” is technically making a drug claim. For Buckley, this is proof that governments intend to monopolize healing itself.
He cited a case of a rheumatoid arthritis patient who reversed her disease through nutritional therapy rather than pharmaceuticals – precisely the kind of story Health Canada seeks to erase from public discourse.
A Continuing Mission
For Buckley, the fight against Health Canada’s overreach is not merely about vitamins or supplements but about citizenship itself – the right to seek truth and choose freely in one’s own health decisions. “The same spirit that gave birth to the Freedom Convoy and the National Citizens Inquiry is alive again,” he said. “This time our freedom depends on whether we can say no to Health Canada.”
Buckley’s petition and his new campaign mark the next phase of a constitutional awakening that has spread far beyond Ottawa—a movement of citizens demanding truth, accountability, and a return to common-sense government.
