As John MacArthur has gone home to be with the Lord, I’ll post a great sermon on death. A more Biblical pastor who explained so much scripture in such a compelling way, I don’t think has existed. I’ve only differed with him on a couple minor things, and he may very well have been right as he read the original languages, though he did consult old commentaries where human intellectualism could have caught him up on certain details. Consequently, a more authentic and honest pastor in our time I’ve not seen, and I can’t wait to meet him in heaven. But in tribute, we can listen to his very words on death from about four years ago.
