Here’s What the Bible REALLY Teaches About Women in the Church

I like to point out how income tax being implemented in this country in 1913 led to the church giving up their voice regarding politics for tax exempt status, which has led to an organization more concerned with money than fulfilling their calling and duty. In the beginning there were house churches and no buildings or organizations like today, as the church of God is the family of true believers and not a building. And these church organizations are usually led by elders on a board, but as you listen to the weaving of terms by God in scripture, modern church organization is a twisted representation of these terms used in scripture. Consequently, Elder, Shepherd and Pastor were all used for the same office. Today you have men and women who are “elders” on the boards of church organizations with many being young and not with good reputations, who then hand pick their pastors, and we wonder why churches have so little impact on their communities. Once the salt is bad, it’s only good for being thrown out and trampled underfoot, as it no longer has the ability to preserve, as the church was meant to be for society. And our society has grown rancid.
