I believe the lawsuit he’s mentioning is the Chevron Deference case. Given the OCGFC are taking the world global to be run by and for their megacorps, I can’t see the Supreme Court taking this power away from government agencies, but they control Congress too so perhaps a false hope of meaningful change that will never happen?
