Imagine paying a $50,000 fine to sell your car…

Tesla is one of the worst companies selling their poorly engineered and overly hyped products (if the 12 volt battery dies you can’t get in the car, and it’s hard to reach the battery). And you’d have to conclude that this limitation selling your vehicle in the first year is to prevent people unhappy with their crap product from selling it and lowering used prices as well as demand for the new vehicles. Just like the used prices on Tesla’s other offerings are tanking as people realize what a crap product it is and unload them. And I’m reminded of the California man that sued Tesla to take back his lemon Model X, and there is a law firm that specializes in lemon law claims against Tesla as well as Tesla having a dedicated page for Lemon Law claims as well. And a warning about language in the following video though it’s very informative.
