And it is spiritually fitting that anything with MLK’s name on is usually drug invested and a dangerous place to be. We actually have a park dedicated to MLK here in Cheyenne, but just about every time I bicycle through, there are homeless/drug addicts congregating (shelters are nearby and they use the bike trails to avoid the police). MLK was also a philanderer of which the FBI collected evidence in order to blackmail him, so read him as an opportunist pushing for socialist change who didn’t preach the true gospel of Christ. It’s a shame that he’s been elevated and even given a holiday, but he was instrumental in damaging the black family unit and infecting our country with philosophies to destroy America from within and as such our worldly government gave him honor. But as you’ll learn, he wasn’t a Christian who believed in all the truths of the Bible, and enough so to conclude he was not redeemed nor a Christian, most likely inhabiting that hell he didn’t believe in. I bet he believes in it now.
1 John 2:22–23
[22] Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, he who denies the Father and the Son. [23] No one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also. (ESV)
