A very interesting post on how fasting for 72 hours has a lot of health benefits, and fasting is Biblical which we should be doing and it would appear God has programmed in a lot of chemical machine cleanup mechanisms for when we do this. Consequently, a year or more back I had a gall-bladder attack. I don’t trust white coats who would have wanted to cut it out by the way, so I researched it myself. I don’t believe the science on fat intake nor it being responsible, as there are good fats and it goes along with the bad science on salt intake as you need salt, and the first thing they do with you in a hospital is put you on a high saline IV proving my point. I had been baking a lot and at the time and I was using white processed sugar, so I switched to raw sugar and started intermittent fasting giving my body and organs more of a break, so not eating for 12 hours each day. And I haven’t had an issue since and slowly worked back in my home baked goods I enjoy. I also stopped buying flour stripped of nutrients and started milling my own flour with 40 of 44 essential nutrients that your body needs. So there is definitely something to fasting and now it looks like a 72 hour fast could really help people injured by the gene therapies not to mention recovering from poisons and GMO ingredients put in our food supply. Also worth noting, many of the ways they’re poisoning foods purposely inhibits your body’s ability to absorb nutrients as well as detox itself.

Fasting:

There are two main categories of fasting:

My Take…

The goal of this short article is to introduce the idea of prolonged fasting as a powerful means of getting rid of the toxic spike protein and spike protein damaged cells, in those who are either COVID-19 vaccinated or suffering from long COVID.

The key process to eliminating spike protein via fasting is: autophagy.

Autophagy only starts to get activated around 24 hours of fasting, with a maximum effect around 72 hours, a 3-day fast, beyond which there are diminishing returns.

I also believe that a dysfunctional immune system is the driving force behind most COVID-19 vaccine injuries.

Interestingly, a reboot of the immune system also requires a 72-hour fast.

Finally, stem cell production that occurs during a 72 hour fast can also contribute to repairing the damage done by the COVID-19 spike protein.

My goal is to try a 3-day fast in the coming weeks and write about my experiences.
