On February 19 in Munich, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy made his threat to deploy nuclear weapons on Ukrainian territory. He expressed this as his unilateral revocation of the 1994 Budapest Memorandum, although Ukraine was not a signatory of the agreement. Two days later on the evening of February 21, Putin made his speech recognizing the sovereign independence of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. He explicitly referenced Zelenskyy’s Munich nuclear weapons pledge: “This is not empty bravado,” Putin stressed in his speech.

I thought I’d add this article I read yesterday. You’ll notice above that Engdahl goes through a lot of factual information you can investigate yourself and then draw your own conclusions. Having read most of Engdahl’s books, he puts citations at the end of every chapter, and I’ve checked and investigated items I found difficult to believe and developed a respect for how he writes. However, this AP story in the liberal silicon valley rag shows you how propaganda works. Not a lot of facts or references, but a whole lot of name calling and misrepresentation. If you question the official narrative you’re lumped in with conspiracy theorists, vaccine deniers, Qanon… But they actually at one point give you something true that doesn’t match up with the rest of the article.
But the labs are owned and operated by Ukraine, and the work is not secret. It’s part of an initiative called the Biological Threat Reduction Program that aims to reduce the likelihood of deadly outbreaks, whether natural or manmade. The U.S. efforts date back to work in the 1990s to dismantle the former Soviet Union’s program for weapons of mass destruction.

I put in bold the admission. There is a lot of history with the US using foreign research laboratories and how they use these labs “based on defense” to skirt the treaty to not develop bioweapons. Obviously they’re developing bioweapons if they’re working on how to defend against them. The Real Anthony Fauci by RFK, Jr. actually documented the history of this activity as well as the CIA and government players involved and the money interests behind them. And it’s been exposed how Collins and Fauci funded the lab in Wuhan that created Covid-19 to cross over from animals to humans.
