We’ve already had them pushing heat pumps and wanting to take away gas appliances in our country, and they’ve already made this a requirement in some new construction in a lot of areas. So a requirement for you to meet new energy efficiency standards out of pocket is not a huge leap, especially if they sign on to the WHO treaty next year and there is some event to trigger a global governance takeover. And investment firms have been buying up properties contributing to the high home prices and rents already. Consequently, I just saw a video on a Coeur d’Alene in Idaho with a huge housing bubble where the middle class young people are already priced out of the market and some people at lease renewal are having their rents doubled (probably partially related to property taxes and insurance). And city after city have huge increases in home prices (Nick Johnson whose video I linked tours cities, shows neighborhoods and goes over what is happening with home prices and migration and this is everywhere except hellholes like Jackson, Mississippi). And this could also include relocation of citizens to 15 minute cities which could easily be motivated with a world war scenario which looks pretty probable today as Russia just held a mock nuclear launch drill in response to a mock nuclear attack.
