This seems to be a rather extreme conspiracy theory, but delving deeper it has legs. The biggest point of interest is the fact the federal government is running a simulation in Austin, TX right now. And we know how the globalist elites love their simulations right before they act to make sure their government agents and underlings are on script when a real event takes place, e.g. the Corona Virus simulation right before the plandemic. Looking at the paper submitted on the spike protein hampering Chromosomal Repair, it was retracted, but they implicated the vaccines having a similar affect and we know any anti-vaccine information has to be suppressed to uphold adoption. And we have doctors that have confirmed a rise in cancers and other ailments among the vaccinated showing there is immunity suppression and possible VAIDS. So with the wide open southern border, explaining away such a series of events would be very believable while the federal government and governments abroad take away more rights from citizens by grabbing more power. Would it be enough to assuage the citizenry?
