Exposing False Teacher Andy Stanley

Andy Stanley is getting exposed for the cancerous element to the church that he really is. Funny, in the video below the truth sneaks out as Andy says “you’re to be as wise as serpents” laughing and correcting himself to “being more snake like in the appropriate Jesus kind of way.” Anyway, he’s promoting the acceptance of homosexuals into the church and affirming their unions… Even going so far as saying homosexuals have more faith than heterosexuals. But the Bible is clear that homosexuality is a sin, and to be a disciple of Christ and saved you have to repent and turn from your sin. Also, God was quite clear in Romans 1 that homosexuality was a judgement from God as he turned the rebellious over to do what should not be done, dishonoring themselves in their own bodies, exchanging the natural function for the unnatural along with many more serious sins. And God made the point that these sinners reaffirmed in each other their sins giving approval as is Andy Stanley. He’s also making a plea to not follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in taking people’s churches away, or to paraphrase, to not do anything that would challenge or cause members to leave, thereby reducing church members. This is Satan’s ploy, fill up churches with worthless leaders to tickle the ears and numb the body of Christ from having a real impact in the world. The sad thing is many of these people are going to be turned away from eternal life because they didn’t have a real relationship with Jesus Christ, as Christ said “I never new you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.”

1 Corinthians 6:9–11

[9] Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, [10] nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. [11] And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. (ESV)

Romans 1:18–32

God’s Wrath on Unrighteousness

[18] For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. [19] For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. [20] For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. [21] For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. [22] Claiming to be wise, they became fools, [23] and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.

[24] Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, [25] because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

[26] For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; [27] and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

[28] And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. [29] They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, [30] slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, [31] foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. [32] Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them. (ESV)

Matthew 7:21–23

I Never Knew You

[21] “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. [22] On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ [23] And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ (ESV)
