Is the goal to bring exploits with code that isn’t ready? So is Rust an exploit vector, or is this about getting rid of the GPL? I’ve been done with Ubuntu for a long time, but what is the goal behind all these strange moves of late? Are any corporations still using Canonical’s deficient operating system? It seemed every time I tried to run it as a server, they’d break something with an update, and that was before these weird moves. It just defies logic.
