They were keeping the data for one year, now adjusted to 30 days unless there is a warrant. And the biggest thing, they never have many quality examples of it actually helping catch criminals. And there is always good old-fashioned police work for catching criminals, with the money going to these systems being better spent on actual detectives. And you just can’t trust where the tracking data goes, as they admit it was accessed by others outside the municipality, and where is Flock letting the data go outside of everyone’s view?
