I just wanted to tie in a couple YouTube videos that actually relate to each other. First is Chris Titus going over what a shell of its predecessor the new Outlook is. And this was our main email client in the 90’s through 2010’s at AT&T, which worked great and was heavily utilized daily. So just look what has happened to it. And a warning, as Chris is a little profane in this one, but still worth watching.
And the tie in is diversity over merit, with these unqualified employees infesting an organization and working their way into management, with diversity and internal politics destroying morale within the organization. Eventually your talented employees stop caring or leave. And once you’ve infected an organization with this cancer, it festers and can never be fully cut out as it slowly kills its host. Stepping back and looking at it from the outside (a luxury), it’s all rather quite funny.
