Given the OCGFC are taking the world global to be run by and for their megacorps, I can&#8217;t see the Supreme Court taking this power away from government agencies, but they control Congress too so perhaps a false hope of meaningful change that will never happen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The court heard oral arguments on two cases challenging a rule that requires the herring industry to bear the costs of observers on fishing boats.
