Turned out the felons were involved in a felony crime spree and had shot someone, and they were driving extremely dangerously. But there was traffic around where they tried to use a spike strip, and in swerving at too high a speed the felon lost control and hit a vehicle eventually leading to a elderly woman&#8217;s death and her husband suing law enforcement.
