The Daily Beagle on Substack put together a nice write up of history with weather modification which is still ongoing even though the megacorp media tries to downplay it. And it’s even ongoing in California, as some citizens went up on Mt. Shasta and collected snow and other water samples warning the water districts of extremely elevated aluminum and barium<\/a>. They’ve also built HAARP type facilities around the world<\/a> that can manipulate the ionosphere and might have something to do with weather modification as well, and they’re far more powerful than the original HAARP facility in Alaska. Since they lie constantly about it and make it seem like a conspiracy theory, their intentions can’t be good. Looking through the paper on experiements in Colorado, Wyoming and North Dakota, a flood was blamed on cloud seeding and there was also reports that after a plane would fly under or above a promising rain cloud no rain would fall, and citizens aware of the experiments were decrying their activity. So that might explain why it’s clandestine today, as they don’t want residents making a stink and halting their activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Hidden In The Clouds To Open Secret<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Recently in the United Arab Emirate\u2019s city of Dubai, there has been a spate of floods<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Something particularly unusual about these floods in a typically desert city is just days prior, UAE had been flying <\/a>\u201ccloud-seeding sorties\u201d<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quickly, government financed propagandists rushed out hitpieces insisting it was definitely not cloud-seeding, quoting imaginary, unreferenced experts with no evidence to back up their claims:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reuters \u2014 implicated as working for the US government<\/a> \u2014 went so far as to blame the usual scam scapegoat<\/a>, climate change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite all the insistence to the contrary, the UAE mentioned there were \u2018lessons learned\u2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How could lessons be learned if UAE weren\u2019t responsible for the flooding? Again, the UAE, likely trying to avoid lawsuits and culpability, blamed the magic scapegoat of convenience, climate change (even though weather is not climate).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This wasn\u2019t the first time floods followed cloud-seeding experiments resulting in a flood disaster, however.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lynmouth Flood Disaster<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Back in 1952, the RAF (Royal Air Force) had been conducting weather experiments under Operation Cumulus. It was blamed for the Lynmouth Flood Disaster<\/a>, one of the worst flood disasters Devon had experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Photographs from the disaster quickly reveal the extent and scale, showing roads and buildings entirely washed away:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They even set up a dedicated memorial hall<\/a> given the severity of the disaster. The sheer amount of flooding required to achieve that is difficult to imagine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Again, the media scoffed at the idea. \u2018Conspiracy theory\u2019, they would cluck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the documentation showing weather warfare is overwhelming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) has a document from 1991<\/a> titled, fittingly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

And determined to own it they were.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-fact, weather control efforts dated back to the 1940s \u2014 during World War 2 \u2014 where General Electric (GE) were conducting experiments on behalf of the US government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two of their scientists, Irving Langmuir and Vincent Schaefer, modified clouds by “seeding” them with dry ice pellets<\/a>. Bernard Vonnegut (nicknamed \u2018the Rainmaker\u2019 by the NYT<\/a>), another GE researcher, afterwards demonstrated that silver iodide crystal smoke would accomplish similarly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How? Silver Iodide shares a similar lattice structure to ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Silver Iodide would interact with what\u2019s known as \u2018super-cooled water\u2019 \u2014 water vapour that is below freezing temperature but hasn\u2019t turned into ice. The silver iodide would interact with the water and cause it to freeze, which would in turn cause it to fall and thus rain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dry ice (made out of frozen Carbon Dioxide) causes something similar to happen, by forcing the super-cooled water to turn into ice crystals by bringing down the temperature even further.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This process is called \u2018ice nucleation\u2019, and the apocryphal story goes that they had an open freezer with cold air, that didn\u2019t freeze into ice crystals until after dry ice (CO2) was introduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other elements that were discovered to have similar properties included: Potassium Iodide, Liquid Propane, Salt, Bismuth Tri-Iodide and Sulphur Dioxide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
