And <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Herbert_Wigwe\">Herbert Wigwe<\/a> fits the operative profile in having studied so long in the U.K. before returning and buying <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Access_Bank_plc\">Access Bank Plc<\/a>. of which he was managing director and CEO. Of interest <a href=\"https:\/\/businessday.ng\/banking\/article\/what-access-banks-africa-expansion-means-for-nigeria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Access Bank Plc was expanding all over Africa<\/a>. Consequently, Africa is the hub of the OCGFC carbon credit scheme with the African nations wanting a larger cut of their credits sold vs the OCGFC taking most of the money, so was this an accident or a message. His death was confirmed by Nigerian officials on social media, including World Trade Organization Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The San Bernardino County Sheriff\u2019s Department described the crash scene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe scene of the crash was determined to be east of the 15-Freeway, near Halloran Springs Road,\u201d the sheriff\u2019s office said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cause of the crash is not known and is being investigated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/abc7.com\/baker-helicopter-crash-san-bernardino-county\/14408339\/\">Media reports<\/a>&nbsp;say the aircraft was headed to Boulder City, Nevada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When someone this connected in banking having studied in the U.K. dies in a small plane or helicopter crash while heading to the Superbowl, you have to wonder.
