Adding the following to \/etc\/environment fixes the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=1<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Consequently, one of my distributions I run is Debian Trixie (unstable &#8211; latest packages in Debian development), and after an update KDE X11 is crashing systemd, but I can still run XFCE X11 and KDE Wayland. But this mouse bug was why I kept to X11.
