It appears they’re chipping away at your freedoms on their way to digital IDs, vaccine passports, CBDC wallets….on to 15 minute cities. Consequently, you’ll have to have your essential worker travel pass to leave your home when they declare any emergency, so be prepared to show your papers to move about in the new Soviet Union unfolding before our eyes. And remember New York state also passed quarantine camp legislation<\/a> for the next plandemic, where you can be incarcerated without due process. Florida under Gov. DeSantis even passed legislation<\/a> where you can be force vaccinated if quarantining you isn’t possible. The tyranny is inbound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There has yet to be a reckoning for all of the government tyranny we witnessed since 2020, leaving power hungry politicians under the impression that they can go back to the Covid era rights restricting toolbox whenever they deem it necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the \u201cleadership\u201d of Erie County, New York county executive Mark C. Poloncarz, the Buffalo area county has announced<\/a> a portal for applying for \u201cessential worker\u201d status in the event of a state of emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe travel exemption portal will define specific categories of workers using a tiered concept to identify who would be exempt from a travel ban in order to commute to and from their place of employment. The list of essential employees will be reviewed annually and employers will be asked to provide updates when an essential employee\u2019s work status changes for any reason that warrants removal from the exemption list,” the news release said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dossier spent lots of time Friday searching to see if such measures were even legal, hoping to find inquiries in the news media defending New Yorkers from potential rights violations. Unfortunately, we came up empty. In fact, all we found from the corporate media were questions challenging the legal status of businesses that wanted to remain open during a declared emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poloncarz has used his police powers as county executive to declare a \u201cdriving ban\u201d in the event of a snowstorm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The driving bans were put in place at the end of 2022, after a major snowstorm wreaked havoc on the area and resulted in the deaths of stranded motorists. Poloncarz then took the opportunity to announce<\/a> the new policy as a way to \u201cdo something\u201d about the crisis at hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, one year later, they are dramatically expanding that power with the help of both state and federal resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUnder the New York Public Officers Law, no one may travel except personnel deemed essential during the emergency,\u201d he declared Friday on X\/Twitter, promising to sic law enforcement on those caught driving without a movement pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But he also made it clear that it\u2019s not just snowstorms that he can use to justify curtailing the rights of Erie County residents. In his thread, Poloncarz decided that essential worker status applies to a travel ban related to \u201csome other type of catastrophe\u201d as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unsurprisingly, the county executive was a maniacal covid tyrant, imposing a mask mandate<\/a> on Erie County all the way up until 2022. He also set up a snitch hotline for citizens who wanted to report businesses for mask violations. Businesses could only opt of the mask order if they had a vax pass requirement for entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enforcing travel bans are likely to become much easier in the coming years, as the Biden Administration and its partners in Congress are pressuring automakers, through recently passed \u201cinfrastructure\u201d bills, to install remote \u201ckill switch\u201d <\/a>technology in all of their new vehicles by 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In post-Covid America, non-essential politicians are always looking for an excuse to expand their authority. Since the moral and legal foundations for lockdowns were never challenged on the necessary scale, the tyrants of the Covid era will continue to seek out new applications for their use.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
