His videos are incredibly informative and true boots on the ground reports, and also highlight what is going on with migrations and home prices. And he usually brings on someone from the area to interview for additional perspective towards the end of the video. Consequently, I watch a lot of his videos that really point out the homeless issues and other problems in American cities, and I was extremely curious to see how accurate his coverage of Cheyenne would be. And it was actually very good.
