This was all involving his <em>Sound of Freedom<\/em> movie due out linked to a political push for Trump with a severe overhyping of the movie (controlled opposition is purposed to capture people resisting the globalist elites so they have control and limit their impact). And I keep seeing Tim Ballard being hyped in conservative media circles, so I thought I&#8217;d look up his Wikipedia page suspecting he might be a spook. Somehow he doesn&#8217;t have his own Wikipedia page even though he has a lot of history having testified before congress as well as being part of a White House Public-Private Partnership Advisory Council to End Human Trafficking. Consequently, his O.U.R. does have a Wikipedia page which is very interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ballard claimed that prior to founding O.U.R. he served 12 years as a U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Special_Agent\">Special Agent<\/a> for the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Department_of_Homeland_Security\">Department of Homeland Security<\/a>, on the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Internet_Crimes_Against_Children_Task_Force\">Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force<\/a> (ICAC) and the U.S. Child Sex Tourism Jump Team. According to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Atlantic\">The Atlantic<\/a><\/em>, &#8220;spokespeople for the CIA and DHS said they could not confirm Ballard&#8217;s employment record without his written permission, which he did not provide.&#8221;<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-5\">[5]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve included the meat of the page below, but it really does look like a spook operation, and you can&#8217;t overlook the corporate connections through history of the organization having given a talk at Google and a supposed link to American Airlines&#8230;(O.U.R. doesn&#8217;t disclose financials). And with controlled opposition they always fall short of telling the real truth of what is going on, as well as introducing errant conspiracies which can be used to discredit people that accept them. Evaluate it for yourself, but I wouldn&#8217;t get too caught up in the movie or its use to garner political support for Donald Trump (Trump&#8217;s daughter is a WEF Young Global Leader and remember for all his talk of the D.C.Swamp he filled his administration with Swamp creatures as well as bringing us the DeathVax through Operation Warp Speed, which he refuses to condemn still insisting it saved millions of lives). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad\">https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-divider ub_divider ub-divider-orientation-horizontal\" id=\"ub_divider_56511cea-fcc3-4160-946e-87eed323f412\"><div class=\"ub_divider_wrapper\" style=\"position: relative; margin-bottom: 2px; width: 100%; height: 2px; \" data-divider-alignment=\"center\"><div class=\"ub_divider_line\" style=\"border-top: 2px solid #ccc; margin-top: 2px; \"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operation Underground Railroad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operation Underground Railroad<\/strong> (<strong>O.U.R.<\/strong>) is a United States-based, anti-sex trafficking <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nonprofit_organization\">nonprofit organization<\/a> founded by Tim Ballard.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-vice-1\">[1]<\/a><\/sup> The organization has conducted multiple sting operations, some outside the United States, and donated technological and monetary resources to law-enforcement agencies that combat <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sex_trafficking\">sex trafficking<\/a>.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-vice-1\">[1]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-scrutiny-2\">[2]<\/a><\/sup> The organization has been criticised for its conduct during sting operations and for exaggerated claims regarding its work.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-vice-1\">[1]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-:0-3\">[3]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">History<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Operation Underground Railroad was founded in 2013 by Tim Ballard.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-4\">[4]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ballard claimed that prior to founding O.U.R. he served 12 years as a U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Special_Agent\">Special Agent<\/a> for the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Department_of_Homeland_Security\">Department of Homeland Security<\/a>, on the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Internet_Crimes_Against_Children_Task_Force\">Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force<\/a> (ICAC) and the U.S. Child Sex Tourism Jump Team. According to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Atlantic\">The Atlantic<\/a><\/em>, &#8220;spokespeople for the CIA and DHS said they could not confirm Ballard&#8217;s employment record without his written permission, which he did not provide.&#8221;<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-5\">[5]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Ballard, he was frustrated with the lack of strategies employed to rescue kidnapped and trafficked children in underdeveloped nations, and the inability to prosecute offenders in non-U.S. related cases.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-vb-6\">[6]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-maxim-7\">[7]<\/a><\/sup> Subsequently, he left government service in October 2013 to found Operation Underground Railroad.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-vb-6\">[6]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-maxim-7\">[7]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-foreignpolicy-trafficking-mormon-8\">[8]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 16 March 2015, O.U.R. announced a merger with the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Elizabeth_Smart\">Elizabeth Smart<\/a> Foundation.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-9\">[9]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/CharityWatch\">CharityWatch<\/a> gives O.U.R. a question mark rating because the organization does not disclose financial information.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-10\">[10]<\/a><\/sup> In February 2016, the Justice Department advised members of ICAC against &#8220;being involved in, assisting or supporting operations with&#8221; O.U.R. The commander of ICAC&#8217;s Washington branch stated in an email to state and local police that O.U.R. was not affiliated with ICAC and that &#8220;no task-force group should partner with O.U.R. or provide O.U.R. with &#8216;any resources, equipment, personnel, training.'&#8221;<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-caution-11\">[11]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the CEO of the organization, Ballard has briefed multiple politicians on the issue of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Child_sex_trafficking\">child sex trafficking<\/a>, including President <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Donald_Trump\">Donald Trump<\/a> in January 2019.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-12\">[12]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-13\">[13]<\/a><\/sup> He also trained <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Imperial_County,_California\">Imperial County<\/a> Sheriff\u2019s Office personnel in the use of data mining software, which eventually led to the arrest of a man suspected of distributing child pornography.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-14\">[14]<\/a><\/sup> On March 6, 2019, Ballard was called to testify before the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_States_Senate_Committee_on_the_Judiciary\">US Senate Judiciary Committee<\/a> concerning <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mexico%E2%80%93United_States_border\">US-Mexico border<\/a> security and its relation to child sex trafficking.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-15\">[15]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also in 2019, O.U.R.&#8217;s founder was appointed to the White House Public-Private Partnership Advisory Council to End Human Trafficking.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-16\">[16]<\/a><\/sup> The Council was terminated on September 30, 2020.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-17\">[17]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the organization, O.U.R. supplies a data mining platform &#8220;which they deploy against networks that child traffickers and pedophiles use to communicate with each other.&#8221;<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-vb-6\">[6]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-living-18\">[18]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-foreignpolicy-trafficking-mormon-8\">[8]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-newrepublic\/158974-19\">[19]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International operations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2014, O.U.R. participated in a sting operation in Cartagena, Colombia.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-abc-20\">[20]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-maxim-7\">[7]<\/a><\/sup> In April 2022, O.U.R. participated in an anti-trafficking summit in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cartagena,_Colombia\">Cartagena, Colombia<\/a>.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-21\">[21]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, O.U.R. also provided investigative and undercover support in the arrests of pro-pedophilia activists Nelson Maatman, who fled to Mexico, and Marthijn Uittenbogaard and his partner, who both fled to Ecuador.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-22\">[22]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-23\">[23]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In August 2022, O.U.R. supported an operation in the Dominican Republic involving raids, the arrest of 14 suspects, and over 200 law enforcement agents.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-24\">[24]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Law enforcement support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Between 2015 and 2018, O.U.R. donated more than $170,000 to Washington State Patrol&#8217;s &#8220;Net Nanny&#8221; sting program. The money was used for &#8220;additional detectives, hotels, food and overtime.&#8221;<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-caution-11\">[11]<\/a><\/sup> Sergeant Carlos Rodriguez, the initiator of the sting program arranged positive media coverage for O.U.R.,<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-caution-11\">[11]<\/a><\/sup> solicited donations for them,<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-25\">[25]<\/a><\/sup> and, upon his retirement in 2019, was employed by O.U.R. as their domestic coordinator.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-caution-11\">[11]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O.U.R. bought over 50 dogs trained to detect electronic storage devices from Jordan Detection K9 and donated them to police departments in several U.S. states and Thailand.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-26\">[26]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-27\">[27]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aftercare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O.U.R. says it runs a non-profit aftercare program,<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-28\">[28]<\/a><\/sup> providing medical and psychological services, education, and vocational opportunities to survivors.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-29\">[29]<\/a><\/sup> In January 2022, O.U.R. stated that in 2021 it provided aftercare in 30 countries.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-Vahara-30\">[30]<\/a><\/sup> In February 2020, O.U.R. paid for an adopted Wisconsin woman to visit her biological parents after she discovered that she had been stolen from them as a baby and trafficked through orphanage fraud. Her birth parents were poor Romanian farmers that had since moved to Italy.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-31\">[31]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to <em>Foreign Policy<\/em>, in 2014, &#8220;after OUR\u2019s first operation in the Dominican Republic, a local organization called the National Council for Children and Adolescents (CONANI when abbreviated in Spanish) quickly discovered it didn\u2019t have the capacity to handle the 26 girls rescued. Myers, Florida<\/a>, Harley-Davidson dealership in organizing a &#8220;freedom ride to raise awareness about child sex trafficking.&#8221;<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-43\">[43]<\/a><\/sup> In 2018, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pittsburgh_Steelers\">Pittsburgh Steelers<\/a> coach <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mike_Tomlin\">Mike Tomlin<\/a> went to <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Haiti\">Haiti<\/a> &#8220;for a first-hand experience&#8221; with O.U.R., which was filmed for <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ESPN\">ESPN<\/a>.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-44\">[44]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criticism and investigations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The group says it disavows conspiracy theories, though founder Tim Ballard was criticized for refusing to condemn the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/QAnon\">QAnon<\/a> conspiracy theory.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-:1-45\">[45]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-:2-46\">[46]<\/a><\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Underground_Railroad#cite_note-:3-47\">[47]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A September 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vice_News\"><em>Vice News<\/em><\/a> article called O.U.R. a &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/QAnon\">QAnon<\/a>-adjacent charity,&#8221; and said the &#8220;organization has embraced followers of that particular baseless conspiracy theory, rather than condemning it the way that other anti-trafficking charities have&#8221;\u2014even though the organization claims no association with the group, and its website &#8220;vaguely disavows conspiracy theories.&#8221; The Vice article quoted Ballard telling <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_New_York_Times\"><em>The New York Times<\/em><\/a> a month prior, &#8220;Some of these theories have allowed people to open their eyes.
