Globalist elites use studies and their think tank’s magazines and papers to bridge their ideas and get the other elites and the population ready for what is coming, and this isn’t the first mention of rationing. And herds were also reduced when rail companies made manufacturers reduce their feed shipments<\/a> which coincidentally relates to vaccine mandates and reduced rail workers.
