We like to taste the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/11-proven-benefits-of-ginger#7.-May-significantly-reduce-menstrual-pain\" target=\"_blank\">ginger<\/a> so we&#8217;ve changed from one tablespoon to two healthy tablespoons (recipe below), and the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lovetoknowhealth.com\/diet-and-nutrition\/health-benefits-of-ceylon-cinnamon\" target=\"_blank\">ceylon cinnamon<\/a> has a little kick over the processed cinnamon as well. And there is a lot of nutrition in the Plantation <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/food-nutrition\/benefits-blackstrap-molasses#5.-May-promote-bone-health\" target=\"_blank\">Blackstrap Molasses<\/a>. Beat in the egg and molasses until well blended. Combine the flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; stir into the molasses mixture to form a dough. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll the balls in the remaining sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
