Of course she would have mental illness after being raped, abused and sodomized as a child. I’d bet the medical examination would have been incredibly invasive and the doctor picked by the defendant’s council, so I could see why she would refuse another invasion of her body due to Sam Altman. Also, given he’s a debauched sodomite, I certainly think it was possible a man in a morality free fall sexually abused his sister, and the family probably can’t face it because they didn’t protect their daughter from a sexual predator in their own home, not to mention Sam’s financial influence. And this man and his AI bots are what so many people trust with their innermost thoughts… So is it any wonder there are suicides and institutionalization for AI psychosis from his products? And there is so much money behind Sam’s megacorp, I don’t discount judicial influence being applied, as it’s hard to get justice when the perpetrator has endless legal resources who share the same lack of moral values, while also aligning with the interests of so many billionaires… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(The Daily Caller<\/a>)\u2014The sister of one of the most powerful artificial intelligence executives saw her childhood sexual abuse lawsuit against him thrown out after refusing a medical exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

U.S. District Judge Zachary Bluestone, a Trump appointee, dismissed<\/a> a lawsuit Monday in which Annie Altman accused her brother, OpenAI<\/a> CEO Sam Altman, of repeatedly sexually abusing and raping her within a span of nine years from 1997 to 2006, beginning when she was three years old and he was 12, court records show<\/a>. The ruling concludes a nearly two-year legal fight between the two, though Mr. Altman and his family have denied the allegations, Reuters reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bluestone threw out both Altman siblings\u2019 claims after Annie refused a medical examination, though Sam is free to refile his, according to the court order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am no longer authorized to comment on this case but I continue to believe in Annie,\u201d Annie Altman\u2019s former counsel, Santos Perez, said in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura Politi, Annie Altman\u2019s current counsel, and Sam Altman\u2019s attorneys Hailyn Chen of Munger, Tolles & Olson and Jonathan Kravis of Liu Shur Kravis did not immediately respond to the DCNF\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur family loves Annie and is very concerned about her well-being. Caring for a family member who faces mental health challenges is incredibly difficult,\u201d Sam Altman, as well as his mother and brothers, said<\/a> in a statement posted to X on Jan. 7, 2025, \u201cAll of these claims are utterly untrue.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement mentioned that Altman\u2019s sister has mental health problems, she repeatedly demanded money from the family and she has a history of making \u201charmful\u201d accusations against family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIn approximately 1997, Plaintiff, Ann Altman, was three years old \u2026 Beginning at or about that time, Defendant, Sam Altman, forced Plaintiff to touch his penis and perform oral penetration on him. Sam Altman was twelve years old at the time,\u201d Annie Altman\u2019s lawsuit alleged<\/a> on Jan. 6, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suit claimed these acts of abuse took place \u201cseveral times per week\u201d between 1997 and 1999, and alleged acts of \u201crape, sexual assault, molestation, sodomy, and battery\u201d persisted until around 2006 when Altman was an adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDefendant Sam Altman has never sexually abused his sister,\u201d Altman\u2019s attorneys wrote<\/a> in a June 24 counterclaim filing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis lawsuit is just one more attempt by [Annie Altman] to use false accusations of sexual abuse to extort her family into providing her with greater and greater financial support,\u201d Altman\u2019s attorneys argued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Altman had sought $1 in damages to avoid financially harming his sister, but he wants the court to rule that her allegations were false, the filing stated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
