The local police follow the vehicle and fabricate a reason to stop the vehicle, pull the driver over to the passenger window of the police car for a sly, undisclosed interrogation on camera, bring in a drug sniffing dog to falsely signal for drugs and search the vehicle. After detaining the driver and tearing his vehicle apart finding nothing, they go on their way leaving the vehicle damaged and in disarray.
