I&#8217;ve long dropped Ubuntu and its derivatives, as Canonical is a trash company from installing telemetry which at one point was difficult to remove, to making important software Snap packages by default which were slow to load&#8230;, e.g. Firefox. And this move to buggy Rust coreutils is also a non-starter. I also found they&#8217;d break the system with updates on occasion, especially bad for a server.
