This is an interesting development because this was the sole reason the eugenicist OCGFC, Owners and Controllers of Global Financialized Capital, allowed Roe v. Wade to be reversed by the court, as they could reach women in states that limited or outlawed abortion. Could this be a sign that the COVID gene therapy was successful in sterilizing enough women? Or that this drug was just too dangerous, as I have a few posts<\/a> about mifeprisone and the emergency room visits that result and are miscoded. Or is this simply to make way for the next chemical abortion drug to be profited from? As the OCGFC eugenicists aren’t giving up their abortion operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Americans won\u2019t be able to receive abortion drug mifepristone in the mail, according to a temporary ruling by the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court on May 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFDA conceded it had failed to adequately study whether remotely prescribing mifepristone is safe,\u201d <\/strong><\/em>the three-judge panel in New Orleans ruled on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The decision will block the drug from being shipped via mail until the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) can ensure the drugs are \u201csafe and effective\u201d before they can be marketed in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mifepristone, often called \u201cthe abortion pill,\u201d is part of a two-drug regimen which allows a woman \u201cto end a pregnancy up to 70 days into gestation,\u201d according to Johns Hopkins University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FDA first approved mifepristone in 2000, but doctors were only allowed to prescribe it after three in-person visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The procedure changed in 2023 after the Biden administration expanded access to \u201cmedication abortion,\u201d which provided a pathway for patients to avoid an in-person visit to the doctor and, instead, order the drug online to be shipped to their house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The state of Louisiana challenged the rule in 2025, arguing the justification for allowing this was based on \u201cflawed or nonexistent data.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Louisiana alleged the medication \u201cresulted in numerous illegal abortions\u201d in the state and it also made women pay \u201cthousands in Medicaid bills\u201d for being harmed by mifepristone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill called Friday\u2019s decision a \u201cvictory for life!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A bill to ban mifepristone was introduced by Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) in March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe science is clear: The chemical abortion drug is inherently dangerous to women and prone to abuse. Yet major companies like Danco Laboratories are making billions off it,\u201d <\/strong><\/em>Hawley said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hawley\u2019s bill would also allow women to sue manufacturers for damages if they are harmed by the chemical abortion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rep. Delia C. Ramirez (D-Ill.) criticized the federal court decision on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMifepristone is safe and reliable,\u201d <\/strong><\/em>Ramirez wrote in an X post on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
