And beyond being underfunded, once the financial crash happens, they&#8217;ll have far less funding. But don&#8217;t worry, like the federal government, they consider the <a href=\"https:\/\/jasonsblog.ddns.net\/index.php\/2026\/04\/05\/national-debt-over-4x-greater-than-reported-accounting-group-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">commitment to pay as non-binding<\/a>.
