You&#8217;d have to expect that it has good signage regarding speed for the exit ramp. So are people impaired or not respecting the sign? Can they not see the approaching curve? I&#8217;ve taken all kinds of weird off-ramps in big cities without issue. And I believe I&#8217;ve encountered weird exits with a 15 mph speed sign letting you know to severely slow down.
