I run XLibre on both of my computers, and I guess I&#8217;ll have to switch the wife&#8217;s computer over soon as it&#8217;s still on X.Org. I wouldn&#8217;t be surprised if they&#8217;re doing this to make it work worse than Wayland, to drive more users over to Wayland. So is this a desperate move by IBM\/Red Hat to make Wayland the default display server? Are they that desperate for their AI hooks, agentic AI and spying on Linux users?
