It\u2019s freaky stuff, and genuinely terrifying. Years later, Joseph and his family are still on the run. He\u2019s turned into a stern, paranoid taskmaster. He\u2019s constantly afraid of attracting attention and is obsessed with his son\u2019s moral upbringing. Jesus is a young teenager, and like all young teenagers, he\u2019s knee-deep in a rebellious phase and hanging out with the local troublemaker, in this case an androgynous goth kid who is obviously Satan (Isla Johnston).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Satan tempts Jesus with fun illicit acts like touching lepers and playing with wooden snakes. (Whee!) Joseph will have none of that, and throws Jesus in a wooden cage so he think about what he\u2019s done.
