One could say if you can, giving 10% to the work of God is a good place to start if you can financially. But for some they need to get themselves to a good place of financial stability and out of debt first, so a sign of a false church is to push giving to the genie god over concern for their financial health and stability. And giving to this church would severely limit the impact of your funds to God’s work on earth (covered below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n And as expected, the church has near half a billion dollars in net assets per the 2022 financials I found. Of the total contributions, revenue and gains totaling $207 million, they gave $11 million to local and global missions (I’d bet suspect partner organizations too). They spend $58 million on campuses, and $38 million on weekend experiences whatever that is.
