By Frank Bergman<\/p>\n\n\n\n Canada\u2019s liberal government is refusing to rule out plans to begin euthanizing children who have been diagnosed with autism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It comes as the globalist Canadian government seeks to expand its radical \u201cassisted suicide\u201d laws to include \u201cmature minors\u201d with mental health issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Canada\u2019s liberal government is once again raising global eyebrows with the nation\u2019s \u201cMedical Assistance in Dying\u201d (MAiD) program<\/p>\n\n\n\n This time, the government of Prime Minister Mark Carney is using taxpayer money to fund research discussing whether children with severe autism should qualify for euthanasia under the country\u2019s increasingly radical assisted-death laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Documents recently obtained<\/a> by Rebel News reveal that Health Canada has allocated over half a million dollars\u2014$549,068\u2014to Dalhousie University for a four-year study focused on \u201cyouth views\u201d regarding euthanasia, palliative care, and MAiD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The project, cloaked in progressive language, appears to open the door to what critics fear is a slippery slope: the potential state-sanctioned killing of vulnerable children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n One internal email from a Health Canada official in the Indigenous End-of-Life Care team, Heather Davids, directly asks bureaucrats Ian Gillies and Richard Martin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHow should the department respond to public correspondence about whether severe autism meets the eligibility criteria for MAiD?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n A troubling draft reply, later removed from final versions, read:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYour position will be carefully considered as the government advances with MAiD legislation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n The message stops short of endorsing euthanasia for autistic children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, it reflects growing concerns among Canadians\u2014and human rights advocates worldwide\u2014that the Canadian government is willing to entertain such dangerous ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Since 2021, the Liberal Party administration has aggressively expanded MAiD access, even passing Bill C-7 to allow those suffering solely from mental illness to apply starting in 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The consequences are already severe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to Health Canada\u2019s own numbers, MAiD ranked as the sixth leading cause of death in the country in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A staggering 13,241 Canadians died via lethal injection that year, up 31.2% from 2021, despite many not being terminally ill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Critics argue this expansion targets the mentally ill, disabled, and increasingly the young\u2014those most in need of protection, not a state-approved death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Conservative Party has repeatedly attempted to halt this moral freefall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Conservatives introduced Bill C-314, which sought to derail the Left\u2019s eugenics agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, these efforts have been blocked by the ruling Liberal Party\u2019s allies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Despite warnings from ethicists and disability advocates, the government continues to push the envelope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Canadian government is showing little regard for the sanctity of life or the basic protections owed to its most vulnerable citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As Canada edges further down this disturbing path, many on the right are calling for urgent action to expose and stop what they see as a growing culture of state-sponsored death masquerading as \u201ccompassion.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n![\"\"\/](\"https:\/\/slaynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/mark-carney-canada-child-euthanize-parents-consent-800x420.jpg\")
