By Frank Bergman<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dr. James Thorp, a highly respected obstetrician and gynecologist, has testified before the United States Senate on the surging miscarriages he\u2019s seen among women who received Covid mRNA \u201cvaccines.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thorp testified that the number of miscarriages has now spiked so dramatically that he likens the Covid injections to \u201cchemical abortion drugs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n The doctor had been called to testify as an expert witness on the adverse events caused by mRNA \u201cvaccines.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thorp is a board-certified OB-GYN and maternal fetal medicine specialist with over 44 years of clinical experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As a U.S. veteran and widely published physician, he has testified internationally and served as a peer reviewer for leading medical journals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He is a board member of the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine and an examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In an opening statement before the Senate, Thorp asserted that it is \u201cdifficult to conceive of a more egregious breach of medical ethics by the government-controlled medical-industrial complex than the promotion of COVID-19 vaccines to pregnant women.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis campaign was not accidental,\u201d said Dr. James Thorp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIt was calculated. Pregnant women were targeted deliberately.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n He explained that this was done to persuade the American people that the Covid mRNA \u201cvaccine\u201d was \u201csafe and effective.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n If pregnant women \u201ccould be convinced that the vaccine was safe and effective, it would imply that it was safe and effective for everyone,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cFrom the outset of the pandemic, this vaccine campaign was never grounded in biological science, but rather in behavioral science, specifically the manipulation of public perception through influence, fear, and persuasion,\u201d said Thorp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe federal government outsourced much of this psychological operation to NGOs, which disseminated emotionally-charged and misleading messaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThese entities falsely assured pregnant women that the vaccines were proven safe and essential for maternal and fetal newborn health despite the fact that early evidence indicated quite the opposite.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dr. Jay Winston, an initiative director at Harvard\u2019s School of Public Health, expressed the same view in a 2020 CBS News interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The government\u2019s \u201cvaccine\u201d marketing strategy was to \u201cgo for the low-hanging fruit, those easiest to pick and harvest,\u201d according to Dr. Winston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAnd the \u2018fruit,\u2019 tragically, were pregnant women,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thorp cited a misleading study published in April 2021 in the New England Journal of Medicine.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n The study claimed the miscarriage rate was 12.6 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, Thorp disclosed that \u201cthe raw data revealed an 82% miscarriage rate in women vaccinated during the first trimester.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis figure mirrors the effects of chemical abortion drugs<\/strong> such as RU486,\u201d Thorp shockingly noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thorp asserted that \u201cpublications were riddled with conflicts of interest and deliberate misrepresentations intended to coerce pregnant women into taking vaccines.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThese publications are fundamentally compromised by serious conflicts of interest, ranging from biased funding sources and institutional mandates, and even threats to their medical licenses and board certifications,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cBetween 2020 and 2022, pharmaceutical companies paid $1.06 billion to reviewers at leading medical journals \u2014 The New England Journal of Medicine<\/em>, JAMA<\/em>, Lancet<\/em>, and BMJ<\/em> \u2014 thus corrupting the peer review process.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cConversely, countless independent researchers with no conflicts of interest published findings that contradicted the false narratives and the pharmaceutical industry narratives, only to be rewarded by persecution, censorship, and threats to their medical licenses and board certifications,\u201d said Thorp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis is not hypothetical. It happened to me,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis catastrophic public health failure was financed with taxpayer dollars and channeled through federal agencies to medical gatekeepers such as the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThese organizations have abandoned their ethics and responsibilities to physicians and patients and must be held accountable,\u201d he insisted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI urge the government to immediately halt all funding to these entities and to end every promotional campaign that coerces or recommends experimental mRNA therapies to pregnant women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis must stop now,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n![\"\"\/](\"https:\/\/slaynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/james-thorp-dr-miscarriages-covid-vaxxed-women-800x420.jpg\")
