Beware the federal government. And never talk to feds without an attorney, as you can go to prison for giving false statements to federal agents, just because they lied or made an error in their report. And after all that has come out about the federal government, they’re not the honorable and ethical people they try to portray themselves as, especially the FBI. And it’s purposeful with all the SWAT military style raids on civilians over not very serious crimes, if one was even committed in the first place. And the desire is to make all law enforcement eventually federal, just like the TSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins on Tuesday pointed out the Trump administration was able to undo an egregious instance of government weaponization against the Maude family of ranchers in South Dakota during a policy event hosted by Breitbart News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rollins lamented how the \u201cgovernment has weaponized itself against families like the Maudes,\u201d noting that they are fifth generation farmers and ranchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the Biden administration, the United States Forest Service alerted the Maude family that their property allegedly blocked access to the Buffalo Gap National Grasslands and in good faith agreed to a survey of the property lines. However, after the survey was completed, the Biden administration transformed<\/a> a simple civil dispute into a \u201ccostly, invasive, and unnecessary criminal prosecution.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rollins noted that the \u201cfence that was put up in 1910 by Charles\u2019s great-great grandad that no one ever thought there was a problem.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She added, \u201cFast forward one hundred and ten years, and someone from the Forest Service shows up, says your fence might not be in the right place.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c[Last] they hear of it until agents in SWAT gear show up at their front door and say that they are being criminally charged for theft of government property that they need to find guardians for their young children because they are likely going to jail,\u201d the Agriculture Secretary continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rollins charged, \u201cThe fact that this happened in America should absolutely stun everyone in this room today, everyone on the livestream, every media representative that\u2019s here.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She asked rhetorically, \u201cThis is America. You\u2019re going to put people in jail over a fence line?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contrasting it with the Democrats, she said, \u201cWe have members of the other party going to El Salvador going to get a gang member out [of] prison, that\u2019s who they are fighting for.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rollins remarked, \u201cSo, thankful to the White House, thankful to President Trump. We got all of the criminal charges dropped. We had the Maudes in town a week ago.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rollins noted that they had set up a hotline to blow the whistle about other instances of government weaponization to stop more outrages like this.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
