While it provides an initial assessment, it tends to overestimate DNA concentrations due to interference from RNA, even when RNA-removal kits are utilized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Qubit Analysis<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 For more precise measurements, the researchers relied on the Qubit system, which quantifies double-stranded DNA using fluorometric dye.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Both methods confirmed the presence of DNA contamination far above permissible thresholds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These findings align with earlier reports from independent laboratories in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/osf.io\/preprints\/osf\/b9t7m\">United States<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/osf.io\/preprints\/osf\/mjc97\">Canada<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/scl\/fi\/sb20elb520v6a1saxg9lj\/240909-D-Speicher-Report.pdf?rlkey=dutcvd85gh80ebfs2ucdmorba&amp;e=2&amp;st=0jpsw84f&amp;dl=0\">Australia<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2409-9279\/7\/3\/41\">Germany<\/a>,&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hal.science\/hal-04778576v1\">France<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kevin McKernan, a former director of the Human Genome Project, described the findings as a \u201cbombshell.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a statement, he blasted the FDA for its lack of transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese findings are significant not just for what they reveal but for what they suggest has been concealed from public scrutiny,\u201d McKernan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhy has the FDA kept these data under wraps?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to genome integration, McKernan highlighted another potential cancer-causing mechanism of DNA contamination in the vaccines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He explained that plasmid DNA fragments entering the cell\u2019s cytoplasm with the help of lipid nanoparticles could&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/31852718\/\">overstimulate<\/a>&nbsp;the&nbsp;cGAS-STING pathway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cGAS-STING pathway is a crucial component of the innate immune response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cChronic activation of the cGAS-STING pathway could paradoxically fuel cancer growth,\u201d McKernan warned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRepeated exposure to foreign DNA through COVID-19 boosters may amplify this risk over time, creating conditions conducive to cancer development.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adding to the controversy, traces of the SV40 promoter were detected among the DNA fragments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the authors concluded that these fragments were \u201cnon-replication-competent\u201d meaning they cannot replicate in humans, McKernan disagreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTo assert that the DNA fragments are non-functional, they would need to transfect mammalian cells and perform sequencing, which wasn\u2019t done here,\u201d&nbsp;McKernan stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMoreover, the methods used in this study don\u2019t effectively capture the full length of DNA fragments,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA more rigorous sequencing analysis could reveal SV40 fragments several thousand base pairs long, which would likely be functional.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McKernan has been one of the leading voices sounding the alarm over the cancer-causing DNA in the Covid \u201cvaccines.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Slay News previously <a href=\"https:\/\/slaynews.com\/news\/top-scientist-sounds-alarm-traces-covid-vaccines-found-cancer-tumors\/\">reported<\/a>, McKernan issued a warning to the public last month after discovering traces of Covid mRNA \u201cvaccines\u201d in the rapidly developing cancerous tumors of turbo cancer patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. McKernan, a genomics scientist with 25 years of experience in his field, made the discovery during experiments in his Boston lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McKernan gene-sequenced a cancerous tumor, matching the genetic sequence to Pfizer\u2019s Covid mRNA injection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discovery is being hailed as definitive proof that Covid mRNA \u201cvaccines\u201d cause cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re in the stage where we\u2019re scanning through tumors to look for integration events and looking for evidence of this in cancer biopsies,\u201d McKernan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnd we can find them now.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThey found one that had really high spike [protein] sent to us for sequencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnd we can find components of Pfizer\u2019s vaccines inside this thing a year after vaccination.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Immunology Professor Nikolai Petrovsky, the director of Vaxine Pty Ltd, described the findings from the new FDA study as a \u201csmoking gun.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt clearly shows the FDA was aware of these data,\u201d Petrovsky notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGiven that these studies were conducted in their own labs under the supervision of their own scientists, it would be hard to argue they were unaware.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof Petrovsky praised the quality of work carried out by the students at the FDA labs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe irony is striking,\u201d&nbsp;he remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese students performed essential work that the regulators failed to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not overly complicated\u2014we shouldn\u2019t have had to rely on students to conduct tests that were the regulators\u2019 responsibility in the first place.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SV40 promoter is a DNA sequence derived from the Simian Virus 40 that enhances gene expression in eukaryotic cells by driving the transcription of genes placed under its control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A growing number of leading experts&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/slaynews.com\/news\/top-surgeon-warns-aggressive-cancers-mutating-covid-vaxxed\/\">have warned<\/a>&nbsp;that SV40 is causing cancers to surge among the Covid-vaccinated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SV40 has been linked to cancer in humans, including mesotheliomas, lymphomas, and cancers of the brain and bone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study comes amid increasing warnings that Covid mRNA injections cause cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A world-renowned professor of oncology has issued a chilling warning about Covid mRNA \u201cvaccines\u201d after concluding that the \u201cevil\u201d injections have triggered a global \u201cexplosion\u201d in cases of deadly \u201cturbo cancers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The warning was issued by Angus Dalgleish, a professor of oncology at St George\u2019s, University of London, as Slay News&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/slaynews.com\/news\/renowned-oncologist-evil-covid-vaccines-caused-turbo-cancer-explosion\/\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dalgleish, who is best known for his groundbreaking contributions to HIV\/AIDS research, raised the alarm during an international forum of experts investigating the mass Covid vaccination campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He warned that he has seen an \u201cexplosion\u201d of deadly \u201cturbo cancers\u201d in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/slaynews.com\/news\/top-oncologist-warns-cancers-surging-vaxxed-patients\/\">his patients<\/a>&nbsp;who have received Covid mRNA injections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While addressing the Medical Doctors for Covid Ethics International forum, founded by Dr. Stephen Frost and moderated by Charles Kovess, Dalgleish told the panel of experts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe must stop messenger RNA [mRNA] at all costs\u2026 it\u2019s not only mad, it\u2019s pharmaceutical giant\u2019s Covid mRNA shots cause cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, a world-renowned vaccine expert presented evidence during congressional testimony showing that Moderna knew of the cancer links.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of mRNA vaccine technology, testified during a hearing on Capitol Hill led by Republican Rep.
